The Band 7 Mental Health Nurse will work within a matrix organisation as a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Community Perinatal Mental Health Service promoting effective inter-disciplinary and inter-agency relationships and acting as a link between clients, professionals and other services to ensure continuity of care.
