Public Sector Administration Officer
Job description
Working within a large public sector organisation, this role will deliver services for vulnerable customers who are based in Great Britain and who are seeking assistance with Budgeting Loans. The role will primarily involve telephony and there will also be an element of claims processing. Full training will be provided. .

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised with good time management skills
- Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets
- Effective call handling and excellent customer service skills
