Job description

Senior Care Worker. You will deliver a range of personal care tasks to Service Users in their own homes as well as managing and mentoring Care Workers and ensuring a top quality service. Full training will be provided..

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of personal care tasks to Service Users in their own homes.
• To respect and adhere to confidentiality policies.
• Supervise and mentor Care Staff to ensure top quality service delivery.
• Assist Frontline Management in ensuring up to date administration is in ln place and monitored.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) or willing to do so.
• Full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
• Willingness to complete all required training.
• Role will require applicant to submit an enhanced Access NI check.
• At least 1 year's full time equivalent experience in Domiciliary Care.
• Flexibility to take part in a varied On Call rota.
