Administration Assistant


Job description

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Responsibilities will include database management, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. .

Responsibilities

  • Supporting in office admin tasks include, filling, organising meetings, opening & recording mail
  • Providing administration support to manager and staff, prioritising tasks using own initiative
  • Using Microsoft Office applications, and must be proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • General admin duties

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is required, and proficient using Excel

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work. If you also have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, the successful Admin Assistant will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
