Responsibilities

  • Your role as a Care Team Leader will also see you assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager too.
  • You will be involved in providing essential physical and mental care as part of Kathryn's whole-team approach to wellbeing.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience preferred though not essential as full training will be provided.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred or a willingness to achieve this.

Desirable Skills

  • Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, a background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
