Job description

To work as a team supporting the counter manager to ensure retail sales targets are met by delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, product application, stock control and adhering to Clarins and MediCare company policies. .

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the store manager and Clarins Counter Manager to ensure retail sales targets are met by delivering excellent customer service, offering services, stock control and keeping a clean and tidy work place.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• GCSE (or equivalent qualification) Maths and English Grades A to C.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate numeracy and accuracy skills required for a retail environment.
• Eligible to work in the UK (proof requested).

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
