The Employer is: BREEZEMOUNT SERVICES LTD. Job Purpose Ensure that all goods are delivered to the correct address Ensure all goods are delivered and stored in a safe manner Ensure that all goods are delivered on time, free of damage and in full. Provide exceptional service to our Client and Customers Ensure that vehicles are kept clean and free from damage Key Accountabilities To ensure the vehicle is safe to drive and free from defect or damage To ensure all goods all goods are loaded and transported in a secure and safe manner To ensure that all goods loaded correspond with delivery paperwork To comply with all relevant statutory legislation while driving company vehicles To ensure customers receive the correct goods. Correct Completion of all paperwork. Promotion and maintenance of a Health & Safety environment .

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily vehicle defect is completed and check sheet is returned to management prior to departure.
  • Ensure that all goods have been checked for accuracy or damage during unloading or reloading of vehicle.
  • Report any shortages or damages to supervisor at the point of dispatch or delivery.
  • Ensure that all goods are safe and secure before departing and during transit.
  • Ensure that any failed deliveries are dealt with in accordance with procedures.
  • Ensure that any uplifts are return to the office and labelled appropriately.
  • Present a professional image to all customers and clients.
  • Timely and appropriate communication with customers.
  • Deliver all goods to customers room of choice.
  • Comply with all transport legislation with regards to speed limits, parking, using mobile phones and domestic or drivers hours regulations.
  • Comply with Client delivery process and onsite procedures.
  • Ensure processes and procedures for Health & Safety are practised.
  • Promote open and honest communication.
  • Demonstrate the attitude and culture required to establish an environment of service with clients.
  • Perform drivers mate duties as required by the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be able to work has a team and perform other duties when required.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Tachograph use and current EU legislation.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment, working flexibly to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of Working Time Directive regulations.
  • Good geographical knowledge.

Further Information

The Employer is: BREEZEMOUNT SERVICES LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Key Performance Indicators Correct delivery of goods. Number of ‘fault’ accidents. Compliance with EU Drivers Hours and WTD regulations or domestic hours regulations as appropriate. Vehicles kept in clean and roadworthy condition.
