Job description

The Equip Programme is a large and complex regional transformation Programme. It has been established on behalf of HSC to procure and implement the replacement of the current Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, Pay and Travel Management systems..

Responsibilities

• Successfully deliver complex projects within equip programme to time and budget as directed by the Technical Dependencies Programme Manager.
• Work with external suppliers/vendors for the procurement and subsequent implementation of equip, solutions and services.
• Work collaboratively within equip and with stakeholders to develop business cases when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A university degree or equivalent professional qualification and worked for at least 3 years in the last 5 years in a technical delivery role delivering large scale data migration projects using industry standard tools, with experience of leading or
• A HND or equivalent professional qualification and have worked for at least 5 years in the last 7 years in a technical delivery role delivering large scale data migration projects using industry standard tools, SEE JOB DESCRIPTION
• Have worked for at least 6 years in the last 7 years in a technical delivery role delivering large scale data migration projects using industry standard tools, with experience of leading a team of technical specialists. AND
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in the last 5 years, of successfully delivering challenging, complex projects.
• Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport SEE JD

Desirable Skills

• Have experience and understanding of the technologies used to deliver large eHealth and Care projects.
• ITIL Foundation Level qualification
