Job description
The Employer is: PROVINCIAL MARKETING LTD. Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages. Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for financial information. Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and packaging for products to ensure smooth business operations..
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents.
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Excel and Word.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 accounting package but training can be given.
Further Information
The Employer is: PROVINCIAL MARKETING LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
