Temporary Maternity Placement Reporting directly to the Manager, the Loans Officer will provide an efficient service to members, processing transactions, interviewing loan applicants and carrying out a range of administrative tasks. As Loans Officer you will be responsible for providing a first class service to members, accepting and assessing loan applications, taking into account their individual circumstances and guiding them through the process. .

Responsibilities

• All roles at counter; debit cards and cash transactions, foreign exchange etc. To authorise the payments of loans to members subject to such limitations as to amount, duration, terms of repayment and security required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to discuss finances and assess financial accounts and input details onto the Loan application on the computer system
