Job description

The Trainee Night Shift Bakery Supervisor will be over a small team of 6-8 employees, ensuring that weighting, mixing and baking is correct with the correct documentation. They will be expected to ensure that the quality of the products are of a high standard, with any non-compliances reported to the Head of Production. Experience is not necessary and full training will be provided. .
