Job description
The Sales Administrator position will be on a job-share capacity. The successful candidate would be expected to work on rotation, 2 days in week 1, and 3 days in week 2. The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer services experience and efficient logistical operations. They are responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes..
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders
- Generate customer invoices
- Customer liaison
- Resolve delivery discrepancies
- Sales team support
- Prepare packing sheets for production
- Manage online sales orders
- Generate delivery notes
- Transport company liaison
- Validate proof of delivery
- Order pallets
- Weekly reporting
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paces environment
Further Information
£24,000 per annum (Pro-rata), 17 hours minimum, 25.5 hours maximum.
