Catering Supervisor
Job description
To organise and support the Catering team to ensure a professional, efficient service is delivered to clients and customers. .
Responsibilities
- To ensure a professional, efficient service is delivered to clients and customers.
- Deputise in managers absence/perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, till operation, cleaning, Health & Safety, food hygiene and other general duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience of supervising and leading a team.
- Catering/Foodservice experience.
- Good communication skills to be able to liaise with customers & colleagues.
Desirable Skills
- Competent in IT.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area.
- Experience of working in a busy customer facing role.
- Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.
