Job description

The role of the Team Leader is to support the Head of Production and Production Supervisors in ensuring the smooth running of the Production Department to deliver Quality and Quantity on time every time..

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products are meeting specification
• Ensure that production process is carried out correctly
• Ensure the care and safe operation of equipment
• Reporting to Supervisor on handover of shift
• Assisting QA team in completing paperwork
• Supporting Technical team on enforcing food safety
• Individual workflow and task delivery
