Job description

Work and learn in a busy commercial kitchen team. Full training to be provided, experience not essential..

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the food preparation process.
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
  • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
  • Assisting other Chefs.
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking.
  • Assisting with stock rotation.
  • Cleaning stations.
  • Butchery and bakery skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Team player.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous Chef experience or formal education - Food Hygiene qualifications.
  • Previous experience not essential.

Further Information

The Employer is: TEAM BRUISKY LIMITED. Although this is a full-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
