Job description

To provide strategic leadership to the delivery of Respiratory services across the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust in line with national guidelines and standards and regionally agreed priorities. The Strategic lead will develop local priorities for SEHSCT respiratory service which reflect regional and government priorities outlined in published strategic drivers. .

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated person centred services that are evidence based and outcomes focused.
• Redesign respiratory services and implement large scale improvement programmes across the Trust

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 7 years clinical experience in respiratory services with a minimum of 2 years at senior level (band 7 level or above)
• A relevant university degree or recognised professional qualification or equivalent qualification in a health or social care related area
