In order to meet the overall mission of the Trust the post holder will: Work as a Clinical Pharmacist providing a clinical pharmacy service to SET Multiple Sclerosis (MS) service patients. Responsibilities

• Work as a Clinical Pharmacist providing a clinical pharmacy service to MS service and inpatient wards
• Ensure the safe, effective and economic use of medicines
• Required to undertake and attain the prescribing qualification within first 2 years of appointment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• MPharm or equivalent
• 2 years post registration experience of which 18 months must be as a band 6 hospital pharmacist

Further Information

Salary: £41,659 - £47,672 per annum pro rata.
