Job description

In order to meet the overall mission of the Trust the post holder will: Work as a Clinical Pharmacist providing a clinical pharmacy service to SET Multiple Sclerosis (MS) service patients. Work as a Clinical Pharmacist providing a clinical pharmacy service to inpatient wards and clinics. Ensure the safe, effective and economic use of medicines. .

Responsibilities

• Work as a Clinical Pharmacist providing a clinical pharmacy service to MS service and inpatient wards.
• Required to undertake and attain the prescribing qualification within first 2 years of appointment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 2 years post registration experience of which 18 months must be as a band 6 hospital pharmacist.
• MPharm or equivalent.

Further Information

Wage: £41,659 - £47,672 per annum pro rata.
