Responsibilities
- Contribute to the holistic care of each child and their family within the community setting as delegated by the Registered Childrens Nurse
- Be assessed as and competent in carrying out observations on children and young people and accurately documenting same.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Have completed NVQ/QCF/RQF level 3 Diploma in Healthcare & Social Care Support or equivalent in health care related subject.
Further Information
Salary: £23,949 - £26,282 per annum pro rata.
