Job description

The post holder will support the strategic development and delivery of integrated health services to Looked After Children (LAC) and young people by working in partnership with members of the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams with responsibility for Looked After Children. Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to priority areas of need for the health of LACYP, supporting user participation and involvement in developing services to meet those needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
• Health Visiting/School Nurse.
• Currently on parts 1 or 2 and 3 of the live NMC Register.
