Job description
The role will involve processing sales orders and despatch of our product. In addition, you will plan and schedule daily driver rotas, invoicing and updating of TMS records whilst liaising with production in terms of stock levels and despatch of products. The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide efficient and effective administrative support, be flexible and work successfully in a busy environment and under pressure, combined with the ability to organise their workload and display effective interpersonal skills. Experience of working within an administration and customer-focused environment is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential. Knowledge of the AS400 System is desirable..
