Job description

Reporting to the Plant Manager the successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery for the production of our precast concrete products. In addition you will carry out other manual tasks duties such as digging and measuring, whilst maintaining and operating to stringent health and safety procedures..

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating machinery for the production of our precast concrete products.
• Ensure that the day to day cleaning on site is carried out to the required standard and that all general maintenance duties are dealt with.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Demonstrate a flexible attitude, knowledge of health & safety and be able to meet the physical and health requirements of the role.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of operating machinery within a similar manufacturing environment and previous experience of operating a forklift truck is desirable.
