Job description

Seeking an experienced Book Keeper to join a finance team for a part time role in greater Belfast area. Can be flexible on hours 20-30 hours and offer a Hybrid option. .

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Service Charge year end accounts.
  • Identify and correct mis-posted income and expenditure.
  • Post accruals/ prepayments and other year end adjustments.
  • Reconcile independently prepared accounts to property management system.
  • Issue accounts and service charge certificates.
  • Nominal bank account reconciliations.
  • Handle queries arising on accounts.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Ensure Service charges are closed within the agreed time frame.
  • Provide cover for other roles and projects as required.
  • Credit control.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
