Distillery and Warehouse Assistant
Job description
Successful candidate will work as part of a team making alcoholic spirits. Tasks will include helping with distillation and blending, bottling, labelling, packing, recordkeeping to a high standard as well as learning about a fascinating industry, the candidate will develop teamworking skills and an understanding of the importance of accurate and meticulous recordkeeping..
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team.
- Bottling, labelling and packing spirits for sale to the licensed trade.
- Helping the head distiller with distillation and blending processes.
- Cleaning premises and equipment.
- Helping with and contributing to the business' online and social media activities.
- Recordkeeping to a high standard.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience of working as a team.
- Knowledge of brewing and distilling.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Proficiency in using online social media tools.
Further Information
The Employer is: MOURNE DEW DISTILLERY LTD Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
