Job description

The post holder will assist the Service Manager and work alongside other Assistant Service Managers, Lead Nurses, Co-Director, Clinical Director and Clinical Lead colleagues for Regional Surgical Specialities in the development, co-ordination and delivery of high quality adult Regional Surgical Specialities services across the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. He/she will provide clear leadership and management of staff across all areas within Regional Surgical Specialities..

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be on the NMC register Part 1 (Adult) and Worked for at least 2 in the last 5 years at Senior management role or above managing in a clinical setting.
