Our client, experts in the gas, water, energy power and telecom sectors are seeking Production Operatives to join their team. These positions are based in Lurgan..

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment and machinery on the production line in a fast-paced plastic extrusion facility while adhering to health and safety procedures onsite.
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Working as part of a team.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
• Quality is everyone’s responsibility with the vision to make it right first time and every time.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Self-motivated with high energy and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of spoken / written English.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Physically fit and able to be standing for prolonged periods.
• Right to work in NI / UK established (or proof of application).
• Good sense of safety and working safely.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a factory.
• Experience of working continental shifts.
• Possession of a valid Counterbalance / Forklift licence
