Job description
The post-holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programs of care without supervision and will be required to teach qualified and unqualified nursing staff. The post-holder is designated to take charge regularly of the ward/unit in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility..
