McKinty Associates are pleased to be working with a County Down based Property Management Company with an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper who can join their growing team on a Part -Time basis. Working alongside a small established team, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing the financial transactions of this property management company. .

Responsibilities

  • Collect fees from all property owners
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Managing the financial transactions
  • Make payments to contractors
  • Record all income and expenditure
  • Produce an end of year financial reports

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Recent relevant experience in a finance team (2-3 years minimum).
  • High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
  • Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
  • Strong planning and organising skills
