Job description

The postholder will supervise others and participate personally in the provision of information management which will support the delivery of the full range of recruitment and selection activities for the HSC ensuring a responsive and high quality services at all times. The postholder will be responsible for the development and production of regular reporting internally and externally, balancing this with supervision of others and therefore will participate in the use and maintenance of the recruitment system on a daily basis. The postholder will ensure that those under their charge are maintaining the system in real time to ensure that management information is accurate and that this information is used to ensure that all activity is progressing in a timely manner, identifying any delays or blockages and taking remedial action to resolve issues arising. The postholder will be expected to participate in a range of system testing, and fault management. The postholder will be expected to ensure clarity of communications with managers internally and externally across the HSC when providing management information. The postholder will be required to provide training and support to Recruitment Officers across the centre and specifically those under their charge. The postholder will be required to contribute to a process of continuous improvement, including a number of initiatives aimed at improving general recruitment processes across the HSC. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills
