Administrator/Bookkeeper
Job description
The Administrator/Bookkeeper will be involved in the day to day tasks involved in running a busy business. This will include general administration duties including filing and managing Microsoft Excel workbooks, preparing invoices and payments, social media posts, answering phone calls and email enquiries, keeping our social media and website updated and processing orders from start to finish..
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Update and maintain the Microsoft Excel programme.
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts.
- Answering phone call enquiries and take orders.
- Responding to emails.
- Updating social media accounts and website.
- Filing of paperwork.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate and agreed by Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Data entry skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
Further Information
The Employer is: RHIANNON'S CAKES AND BAKES. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
