Contracts Administrator Telecoms
Job description
The post holder will provide admin support to the Telecoms Manager and assist in the procurement and administration of the PSSN and mobile phones provider contracts.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Telecoms Manager and Contracts Manager in the preparation of contract documentation for procurement, tendering and payments.
- Set up and maintain robust filing systems for contract documentation, keeping detailed records of all procurement processes and ensuring that the contracts and STA databases are up-to-date. (For more, please Job Description @ HSC Jobs)
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Access Databases and Word.
- Experience in the use of and working knowledge of computer systems/information systems/databases. (For more, please Job Description @ HSC Jobs)
Desirable Skills
- Experience in contracts procurement and administration.
- Experience in a Telecoms helpdesk function.
