Job description
ICT End User Compute - Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Manager will be responsible for management, support the delivery of mobile device management, modern managed device solutions and mobile application management. The post holder will work in partnership with ICT End User Compute Manager to ensure efficient delivery of physical, virtual and mobile compute solutions to our users as we move towards a full Digital Workspace. The post holder will be expected to manage and provide hands-on technical support in the delivery of UEM solutions, to respond to escalated issues, to manage the delivery of new services. You will be responsible for managing, securing, and optimising mobile devices and endpoints across our organisation. You will play a vital role in ensuring data security, device compliance, and efficient mobile device operations. This role demands a strong understanding of mobile technology, device management tools, and a proactive approach to cyber security..
Responsibilities
- Work with ICT End User Compute Manager to ensure a joined up approach to the delivery of Physical, Virtual and Mobile computing options
- Will be able to cover for ICT End User Compute manager when needed
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) discipline and worked for at least 3 years in Information & Communications
