Responsibilities
- Cook and present a wide range of food dishes.
- Submit food orders and deal with suppliers.
- Complete daily hygiene records.
- Ensure kitchen and cooking area is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to update menu dishes.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 3 years cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment.
Desirable Skills
- Manage staff.
