Ability to cook and present food to the highest standards in a fast and efficient manner..

Responsibilities

  • Cook and present a wide range of food dishes.
  • Submit food orders and deal with suppliers.
  • Complete daily hygiene records.
  • Ensure kitchen and cooking area is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to update menu dishes.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 3 years cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Manage staff.
