NWCare is now recruiting for community care workers for Limavady and the surrounding areas. No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided in our in-house training academy You must however, hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle to apply. .

Responsibilities

• Care within the community
• Personal care - washing/showering, dressing/undressing, oral hygiene, toileting/pad change
• Light meal preparation
• Companionship
• General tidy round - leave all areas safe

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organised/professional/caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

Desirable Skills

• Previous paid care within the community
• QCF Level 3 in health and social care
