Job description

To assist in ensuring hotel residents enjoy their breakfast each morning..

Responsibilities

• To clear and set tables
• To serve hot and cold beverages.
• To assist as necessary with the service of hot and cold food stuffs from the buffet units.
• To assist residents with special dietary needs or allergies.
• To ensure the restaurant is kept clean and tidy during and after service.
• To be friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and the locality.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Be a good timekeeper
• Communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience of breakfast service
• Previous hotel food service experience.
• Strong work ethic
• Interest in providing customer care

We provide uniform, secure on site car-parking, staff room & lockers and meal for staff working 6 hours or more per shift.
