Job description

You will be part of a small team working on a new and exciting marketing and advertising platform, your duties will include researching businesses, adding content to our website, receiving, and making calls to and from customers, sending and receiving emails, logging data, and helping to control and create content for our social media pages. This will be an opportunity to work in an exciting pre-launch project, we will be delivering a fun and vibrant online platform to Northern Ireland. We are evolving daily and are coming close to launch now. You will be a valued member of our team and you will be with us for this experience, we will give you some relevant training but would expect that you have a strong knowledge of basic IT systems and basic editing experience. Responsibilities

• Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and emailing software.
• Handling calls.
• Input data and content into our website.
• Taking and receiving calls.
• Creative thinking.
• Creating content and formatting for different social media platforms.
• Help to oversee social media platforms.
• Help develop our social media strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft software.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Good ability to work well in a team.
• Capable researcher.
• Clear communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing and social media.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of creating vibrant punchy content for various platforms.
• Basic understanding of content creation tools (editing posters, making videos etc.)
• Outside of the box thinking.
• Creative flair.
• Good imagination.

Further Information

The Employer is: MASON & ROWE LTD Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16/17 £6.40, 18/20yrs £8.60, 21yrs or over £11.44 per hour
