Office Administrator/Ecommerce Assistant


Job description

As Office Administrator/Ecommerce Assistant you will drive sales by uploading products to our marketplace channels including Amazon and Etsy as well as manage our website. You will work in a supportive workplace and learn on the job!.

Responsibilities

  • Listing products on eBay, Etsy, Amazon and our own website.
  • Printing out daily orders and sorting them to give to the relative department.
  • Answering any emails we have from our online customers.
  • Inputting data into the Royal Mail Click & Drop database.
  • Processing customer returns.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • General IT experience.
  • Experience with selling on Amazon, eBay and Etsy ideal but not essential.
  • All other training will be provided.

Further Information

The Employer is: C CLARKE GRAPHICS LTD Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: To be confirmed.
