Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Special Needs Co-ordinator/Class Teacher, assist with the educational support and the care of the pupil(s) with special educational needs who is in the teachers care in or outside the classroom.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold 5 GCSE passes (grades A - C) or relevant equivalent or higher examination qualification including English and Mathematics & NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant childcare qualification.
