Health & Social Care NI (HSCNI) has established encompass to provide the underpinning digital transformation required to support the broader HSC reform agenda. HSCNI has developed and procured may different ICT solutions to provide digital services to our health and social care professionals..

Responsibilities

• Attend and pass the Epic Credentialing Program for Health & Social Care NI.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Epic application(s) as implemented at HSC NI
• Conduct clinical software training classes for the HSC NI community of workforce members as assigned based on credentialing competency.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold a degree, or relevant Professional Qualification or equivalent, or higher qualification and 1 years experience delivering presentations or customer engagement in a Training/ Learning & Development, Sales and Marketing or Human Resources role OR
• Certificate in Personnel Practice, or Certificate in Training Practice, or equivalent and 2 years experience delivering presentations or customer engagement in a Training/ Learning & Development, Sales and Marketing or Human Resources role
• OR 4 years experience delivering presentations or customer engagement in a Training/ Learning & Development, Sales and Marketing or Human Resources role
• AND Have willingness to attend and successfully complete the Epic Credentialing Program within 6 months of appointment
• Demonstrable the ability to deliver and evaluate training programmes
• Experience providing advice and guidance to teams or managers regarding learning and development issues

Desirable Skills

• Hold a Vocational Assessor qualification e.g. D32/33 A1 or equivalent
• Hold and accredited qualification in Coaching/ Mentoring
• Experience delivering accredited courses such as Institute of Leadership & Management

£27,055 - £32,934 per annum pro rata.
