Seaview House Private Nursing Home is a small, friendly nursing home located overlooking Ballyholme Bay. We are currently recruiting a Health Care Assistant to join our team..

Responsibilities

• To assist in the giving of direct care under the supervision of trained staff.
• To maintain the confidentiality of patients in our care.
• Assist patients with hygiene needs e.g. washing/dressing/bed-bathing/bathing.
• Give out meals and drinks and help patients to eat and drink.
• To be mindful and respect patients individuality- physical, emotional and spiritual.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NISCC registered.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in elder care.
