We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team. You will lead a team and work alongside the people who use our services, to promote our vision and mission. At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of one year's experience in a Senior Support role, supporting people with Autism or Learning disabilities and associated conditions.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • Minimum QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification in a related subject.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving license to be held for a minimum of one year.
  • Be flexible to work according to the needs of our services.
  • NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.
