Job description

The Adaptations workshop supervisor will play a pivotal role in the Adaptations department. You will be responsible for managing the team to ensure optimal efficiency and to ensure adaptations are fitted to the required standard within the required time frame. .

Responsibilities

• Training and development of the adaptations fitting team
• Managing and leading the team to achieve agreed KPIs
• Planning work schedules
• Completing daily team briefs and tool box talks
• Monitoring and reviewing current processes and implementing improvements

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Full driving licence
• Mechanical knowledge (desirable)
