Job description

As a Housing Customer Support Apprentice, you will be in a permanent role and supported to attain accredited qualifications. You will be supported to develop skills and gain experience to prepare you for a career in housing. You will be assigned to gain on-the-job experience in the delivery of frontline housing services to both tenants and customers seeking housing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Understanding the needs of tenants, and customers
  • Taking appropriate action, referring complex or other issues to other staff in line with agreed procedures or signposting to other organisations as directed
  • Answering customer queries and supporting frontline housing service teams

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Achieved a minimum of five GCSE qualifications grade C, including English & Mathematics or equivalent qualifications
