Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• QCF/NVQ level 2, C&G or alternative equivalent qualification in catering And One year's experience working as a professional cook catering for 15 or more
• Or Two years experience working as a professional cook catering for 15 or more if you do not hold the above qualification
• It is a genuine occupational qualification for the above position that the holder be female within the meaning of Article 10 of the sex discrimination Northern Ireland Order 1976
