Job description

Maintenance Officers will be required to ensure that maintenance/repairs to Housing Executive homes are carried out to exacting cost, quality and time standards in accordance with the terms of contracts. Maintenance Officers have a key role in working as an integral part of a team alongside Patch & Lettings Managers and others and communicating effectively with Housing Executive customers and partners..

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of Housing Executive domestic and commercial properties, including pre and post repair completion, fire and flood damage to properties and at change of tenancy etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Building Studies and 1 years relevant post qualification experience.
