OCC Marketing Officer


Job description

Assisting the company compliance team in all administrative marketing requirements e.g. setting up aesthetics for posts, using Canva, Adobe Suites. Other tasks will include filing, running errands, housekeeping within the office, liaising with customers, drafting documents, laminating and creating booklets to offering refreshments to visiting customers..

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to deliver the compliance administration requirements of all clients.
  • Assist in general marketing administration duties as requested by the Principal Consultant and other members of the team.
  • Development and maintenance of contents within client management systems.
  • Liaising with the team, clients and certification bodies.
  • Client site visits to assist in administrative duties for general site visits and audits.
  • Additional duties as required to fulfil business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Computer confident.
  • Minimum Grade C in GCSE Mathematics, English Language and ICT (or equivalent).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous work approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable individual.

Desirable Skills

  • Compliance experience to include ISO/Health & Safety/Quality/Environmental Standards.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Previous marketing experience.
  • Canva experience.
  • Adobe Illustrator experience.

Further Information

The Employer is: TURNSTONE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
