Job description

Lurgan based company working mainly in the Belfast region. The primary role is based on everyday tradesman tasks in the refurbishment and maintenance sector. You will be required to work alongside various other trades . You will be a point of contact for contracts managers and other site operatives. Dependent on demonstrated ability, this role also offers further opportunities for management development. .

Responsibilities

• General joinery duties.
• Undertaking reactive maintenance as required.
• Undertaking snagging works.
• Any other site duties as reasonably expected.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Joinery experience.
• Knowledge of public sector works.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good understanding of other trades and their roles.
• Good attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Health and Safety competent.

Further Information

Salary Negotiable depending on experience - £13.00-£16.00 per hour
