Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and maintain optimal store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and develop staff members to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place replenishment orders as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
