Project Assistant
Job description
To assist in the coordination, design and delivery of WISPA’s work across Belfast and support the Project Manager in the development of the project. Training will be provided. .
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing material
- Assist in programme logistical planning, implementation and management
- Maintain and update all social media channels and monthly newsletter
- Assist in the preparation of funding applications and report writing
- Update website and increase web traffic
- Assist in the management and evaluation of our programmes and present results
- Assist in keeping WISPA NI Policy Documents up-to-date
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience communicating and dealing with members of the public.
- Experience of marketing and promotion through social media networks to drive participation and engagement including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
- Experience of website management.
- Experience of collating data and producing reports
- Experience of monitoring and evaluating programmes.
- Good IT skills and good organisational skills.
- Demonstrable evidence of good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Current Driving Licence valid in the U.K.
- Minimum three GCSEs- maths or english.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of using Zoom, Google Forms, Word Press, Mail Chimp.
- Ability to use Outlook & Microsoft Office Software.
- Occasional evening/weekends
